  • To process donations and issue Gift Aid receipts where applicable

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of relevant personal data. Concerns can also be raised with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Retention and processors

Programme and donation data is retained in line with accounting and charity obligations. Moracle uses GDPR-compliant platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, LinkedIn, and payment processors, and does not sell personal data.

ACCA and safeguarding

Moracle Foundation states that activity delivered within the ACCA Advantage Programme aligns with ACCA governance expectations. Safeguarding concerns can be raised through admin@moracle-foundation.org.uk.
